3. Product Information & Orders

1. Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s). An Order Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer.
2. You confirm that products ordered are purchased for your internal/personal purpose and not for re-sale.
3. We have made every effort to display products as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
4. Most products are limited in quantities; we cannot guarantee an identical product if the one displayed is sold out.
5. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
6. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products.
7. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

10. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without assigning any reason, including but not limited to: shortage or non-availability of product, pricing errors, product defects, inability of supplier to supply, quality issues, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment, the applicable amount shall be credited back via the original payment method within the applicable timeframe.

4. Taxes

You shall be responsible for payment of all fees, costs, and charges associated with the purchase of products from us and agree to bear any and all applicable taxes/GST, cesses, etc. levied thereon.

5. Communication

When you send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number while placing an order. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications including WhatsApp, SMS, e-mails, or phone calls from us with respect to your order.

6. Copyrights and Trademarks

We shall not entertain any complaints beyond 15 days of the order being delivered, including the delivery date.
